About this role

JobResponsibilities Manage frontline customer service operations, including check-in, document verification (passports, visas), gate identity checks, and assisting passengers with special needs. Handle customer support and issues, including irregular flight operations, automated check-in systems, and processing travel documentation. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security standards, report any breaches, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head. Lead and manage boarding gate operations in coordination with aircraft turnaround activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely departures while implementing airline-specific procedures and announcements. Oversee passenger handling and compliance, including boarding sequence, hand baggage control, boarding pass reconciliation with manifests, and providing final boarding clearance while ensuring service standards are met. Maintain operational coordination and communication, including updating flight information systems, liaising with crew and stakeholders, handling no-shows/offloads, operating passenger loading bridges safely, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
