About this role

Job Summary: As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. You will handle troubleshooting, client platform management, and assist with technology implementation and upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Perform end user support and client management. Troubleshoot and resolve client platform issues promptly. Investigate incidents, provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions, and update relevant parties. Process service requests related to client platforms. Monitor service levels, document configurations, and prepare regular reports. Participate in client platform implementation or upgrade projects. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement. Manage IT asset records and updates. Handle user account management (creation, password resets, deletion). Perform local server administration to support software distribution and patch management. Ensure deliverables meet agreed service levels and propose improvement plans where necessary. Contribute to the development of facility management standards and best practices. Submit timely progress reports. Requirements: Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer or Electronic Engineering. Preferably 1 year or more of related experience in IT or technology administration. Basic knowledge of networking is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
