Collections Officer

Location: Tanjong Pagar (Guoco Tower) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Employment Type: 6 months extendable Salary Budget: Up to $4,000 Job Responsibilities: Contact customers with overdue accounts via calls and emails Negotiate repayment solutions and drive successful recoveries Conduct research to trace hard-to-reach customers Manage repossession and remarketing of vehicles Ensure collection targets and quality standards are met Support process improvements and handle ad-hoc duties Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or default management Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
