Inside Sales Officer - Up $3500

Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries and process requests promptly to ensure a positive customer experience Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on customer requests according to company policies and pricing guidelines Provide detailed sales administration and coordination support to enhance sales team efficiency Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery Maintain and update accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM system for effective account management Support account management activities by identifying and communicating potential sales opportunities Execute additional sales support tasks as assigned to meet business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma qualification 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or related roles, preferably in electrical or industrial engineering industries Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Well-organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) products is a plus To apply, simply click "APPLY" and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) through GO, the official PERSOL job application platform.
