About this role

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing prompt and courteous assistance to patients and members of the public. Respond to patient enquiries and provide accurate information on the clinic's services, procedures, and appointment-related matters. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations for referrals from hospitals, SAF, and CHAS GP clinics. Direct enquiries to the appropriate departments or healthcare professionals when necessary and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in the relevant systems. Ensure all enquiries are handled in accordance with established service standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth patient coordination and service delivery. Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing professional and empathetic customer service. Support administrative and operational tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the call centre. Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Clinic Operations Executive or Clinic Operations Executive. Job Requirements Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment. Experience in healthcare will be an advantage but is not required.
