Job Description CPU Testing Binning Strategy & Realization Production volume ramp-up support which includes fast-turn-around test program delivery/optimization and cost reduction through yield optimization and test time reduction. Cross collaboration with Design/DFT/DV/TE team to enable efficient test-case simulation and (mini)ATE bring-up. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in CPU-related chip mass production is essential. Experience in software and hardware testing, including PCB build and validation. Familiarity with CPU testing methodologies and architectures (e.g. ARM, MIPS, SNPS). Proven cross-site or cross-functional collaboration experience is required. Experience with Foundry, Post-Silicon validation, FPGA, DVT, and SLT debugging is an added advantage. Experience in smartphone advanced ASIC consumer product hardware design is an added advantage.
