Marine Operation Executive (Vessel / Terminal Operation)Shift Work

We are seeking a proactive and capable professional to join our team, where you will play a key role in enhancing vessel operations, optimizing resource planning, and ensuring efficient management of quayside and container yard activities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of vessel operations and resource planning fundamentals. Oversee and coordinate daily quayside activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Utilize advanced Terminal Operations Systems to effectively manage and coordinate container yard operations. Lead, guide, and manage a team of equipment specialists to ensure seamless execution of operational plans. Monitor performance and ensure service delivery meets critical operational targets. Promote continuous improvement in team leadership, communication, and operational effectiveness. Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification. Willingness to work on shifts as required. Prior experience in a related operational or logistics environment is an advantage.
