Translate stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised executable roadmap Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through planning, delivery, and release governance Remove operational blockers and align product scope with business goals Escalate technical blockers to Solution Architect; own the resulting timeline and communication impact Track cross-team and cross division dependencies surfacing delivery risks Qualification: Scrum Certification 7+ years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams Experience delivering government or public sector digital products Experience in GovTech tech stack Experience in OutSystems-based delivery Experience in handling legacy tech systems Interested parties, please click the "Apply Now" below.
