Our esteemed client within the public healthcare sector is seeking to hire a (Senior) Executive, Community Operations to join their growing team! Hybrid work arrangement Stable career progression within the public healthcare sector Annual AWS + PB (up to 4 months) Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance population health within the designated community. Manage project planning, including creating project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met. Evaluate the success of implemented strategies, facilitating data-driven improvements in operations. Provide administrative support in building partnerships with stakeholders through effective meeting organization and facilitation. Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge and experience in project management is advantageous. Familiarity with the Singapore healthcare system and integrated care models is advantageous.
