Responsibilities · Design and Development of Communication Templates · Create, customize, and maintain communication templates (e.g., statements, letters, bills). · Integrating EngageOne with CRM, ERP, or document management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). · Handle API-based or file-based integrations for input/output data flows. · Document Generation and Output Management · Develop workflows to generate documents in various formats (PDF, HTML, print). · Support multichannel outputs: print, email, SMS, or digital portals. Skills/Requirement · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field. · Must have either one of the following technical Skills Engage one, doc1 or opentext · Tunes and optimizes stored procedures and queries to improve database retrieval times and overall performance. · Must have skills to create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
