Presales Engineer (Cloud & IT Solutions)

Brief Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Presales Engineer, where you will collaborate with sales to craft tailored cloud and enterprise IT solutions that meet client needs and drive success. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and create scalable, cost-effective solutions. Design and propose comprehensive solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and security areas. Conduct engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions for clients. Develop detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, written solutions, and cost estimates. Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams for solution validation and pricing. Assist with responses to RFPs/RFIs, Statements of Work (SOW), and relevant implementation documentation. Ensure solution feasibility in partnership with delivery and engineering teams. Stay informed on the latest cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings. Utilize tools to enhance proposal efficiency and quality. Participate in knowledge sharing, certifications, and technical training initiatives. Requirements: Relevant education in a technical field. Experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within cloud or IT services. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (experience with AWS preferred; familiarity with Azure or GCP is advantageous). Proven ability to convert business needs into effective technical solutions. Experience in proposal writing, costing, and solution design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. Preferred: AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Cloud Operations). Experience with managed service providers, cloud migration, or managed services is beneficial.
