Senior Project Manager (Constructions, East)

Brief Summary: Join a dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you will lead large-scale construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to project objectives and quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of project execution to achieve project objectives and SEQDC targets. Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, including project managers and engineers. Develop and implement project execution strategies, resource plans, and delivery timelines. Monitor project advancement, ensuring milestones and contractual obligations are met. Foster a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and environmental standards. Manage quality assurance processes to meet project specifications and client expectations. Administer project budgets, including forecasting and cost control, and manage commercial risks. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective measures as necessary. Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication with all relevant parties. Ensure all necessary statutory approvals, permits, and inspections are obtained. Provide comprehensive project reporting on safety, quality, budget, risks, and performance metrics. Lead project commissioning, handover, and closeout activities. Assist in business development and pre-construction planning activities as required. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including 10 years in project management and leadership roles. Proven experience in successfully delivering at least two construction projects with contract values exceeding S$300 million.
