About the role Join a dynamic team as an HR professional, where you will manage a comprehensive range of human resource functions. This role offers the opportunity to enhance employee engagement and support organisational growth. Key responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Partner with stakeholders on manpower planning and manage the end-to-end hiring process, influencing outcomes through effective advisory. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by overseeing the orientation process. Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, increments, and bonuses to ensure market competitiveness. Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives to foster staff growth and enhance organisational capabilities. Manage work pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Address day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and provide sound advice on HR policies and procedures. Review, develop, and implement HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organisational needs. Handle employee welfare matters, including group insurance policies and leave administration. Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and audit trails to support governance and reporting requirements. About you Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a broad-based HR generalist role. Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft policies and procedures independently. Experience supporting organisational development initiatives is an advantage. Mature, proactive team player with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Well-organized and meticulous, with strong planning skills.
