Boutique Sales Executive (Swiss Watch Brands/Orchard)

Reporting to General Manager Building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIPs and luxury collectors. Advising customers on horology, technical specifications, and the craftsmanship of the Swiss Watch brands Ensuring high retail standards, handling transactions, and managing inventory. Maintain boutique cleanliness After-Sales Support - Assisting with watch servicing, warranties, and repairs Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management Requirements: Track record in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales, with strong knowledge of high-value transactions. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with no relevant experience but passionate in the luxury timepiece industry Strong communicator, good teamplayer and excellent client-management skills Deep appreciation and understanding of the technical details, cultural legacy and value of luxury Swiss Timepiece advantageous Office location: Orchard | Working hours: 5 days’ work week on rotation inclusive of weekends; 10am to 8pm Salary package: Monthly basic + AWS+ Performance bonus.
