Property Officers (Dormitories/Mon - Fri)

Reporting to the Property Manager and assisting him in ensuring that premises are well maintained Calling of quotations, handling telephone call and enquiries. Handing and taking over of units to tenants. Updating of occupant list and processing of dormitory passes Dealing with contractors on dormitory maintenance issues and supervision of works Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities Dealing with tenants on tenancy, quotations, payments and maintenance related matters Other assignments/matters as directed by the Management Requirements: NITEC or relevant certifications in Building/ Real Estate/ Facility Management Some experience in dormitory, property management or related field preferred. Open to accept and train candidates with no dormitory experiences Certified Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage. Preferably possessing a class 2B or 3 license. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
