Human Resource Executive

As a Human Resource Executive with emphasis on Recruitment, you will drive hiring efforts and ensure we bring the right talent into the organisation. In this role, you will manage full‑cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and deliver successful hires aligned with defined KPIs. Your work will directly support our business growth and workforce planning priorities. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment · Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail and corporate roles including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. · Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. · Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for the company · Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives · Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and ensure compliance with hiring policies. · Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and participation in career fairs and recruitment events. Onboarding & Offboarding · Arrange smooth onboarding processes including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup. · Conduct orientation and ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies, culture, and expectations. · Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance processes, and final documentation. HR Administration & Support · Prepare offer letters, and employment contracts. · Administer work pass matters (application, renewal and cancellation) · Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases. · Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review. Employee Benefits · Administer employee benefits programs including medical, insurance and wellness initiatives.
