Process Engineer (PCP) 15 months training programme

The process engineer will develop and modify manufacturing process formulations, methods, and controls to ensure quality standards are met. They are also responsible for troubleshooting process control systems, investigating quality or EHS issues, and implementing process improvements. Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering, or a Science degree with a major in Chemistry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
