Each technician will execute three roles: operating in a specific area position, owning specific equipment, and having system ownership for their team or line. Responsibilities include executing the production plan, maintaining safety and quality standards, and developing operational standards and improvement projects.
Candidates must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good collaboration and communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Applicants must be willing to work in the Tuas area on 9-hour rotating shifts.
