Job Summary This role support airfreight/oceanfreight enquiries and quotations, coordination of shipments. Timely updates to customers and partners on shipment status Responsibilities Support airfreight and oceanfreight shipments enquiry, ensure timely reply. Liaise with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related. Provide in-house support to sales personnel in RFI, RFQ, SOP. Coordinate shipments with operation teams to meet delivery schedules. Communicate shipment status updates timely to Customers and Overseas Partners Maintain positive relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer service. Perform other official duties as assigned by Senior Management.
