Regional Sales Director (APAC) - Data Center Cooling We are partnering with a global industrial solutions provider looking to hire a senior leader to drive growth across the APAC data center market, with a strong focus on cooling technologies (liquid & air). Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute APAC growth strategy for data center cooling solutions Drive business development across hyperscalers, colocation players, OEMs, and integrators Build and manage senior client relationships across the data center ecosystem Identify and influence key stakeholders in the specification and procurement process Track industry trends (immersion cooling, direct-to-chip) and translate into commercial strategy Collaborate with regional/global teams to capture new opportunities and expand market share Lead and grow a regional team Requirements: 15+ years' experience in sales/business development within the data center industry Strong network across hyperscalers, OEMs, integrators, and consultants Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies Proven track record in driving revenue growth in APAC Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel regionally If you are interested, kindly apply with your latest CV, detailing your sales experience in the data center space.
