Clinic Receptionist

We are looking to hire a part-time medical receptionist. Organisational and administrative skills are imperative. Medical receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete with good time management and record-keeping skills. To ensure success, medical receptionists should be confident and professional with positive communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to the efficient day-to-day administration of the clinic. Medical Receptionist Responsibilities: Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone. Professionally assist staff, visitors, and patients. Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance repairs. Answer all phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain confidentiality of all staff, and patient information. Schedule appointments between Therapists and patients. Ensure timely submission of all insurance direct billing claims. Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities. General clinic tidiness & cleanliness
