Job Summary The Senior Procurement Executive manages daily procurement activities, sources vendors, negotiates pricing, coordinates deliveries, and supports project procurement for exhibitions, events, and fit-out projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities to meet project and operational requirements efficiently Source suppliers and negotiate commercial terms to optimize cost and quality Collaborate with project teams to understand purchase requirements and deliver accurate sourcing solutions Lead procurement projects ensuring alignment between costs, commercial needs, and operational execution Evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, reliability, responsiveness, and service quality to maintain vendor standards Assess tender responses and conduct negotiations with shortlisted suppliers to secure favorable terms Support supplier onboarding and maintain an up-to-date vendor database for streamlined procurement Ensure all procurement activities comply with Company Policies, Procedures, and Processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes to enhance efficiency Source required materials, services, and suppliers domestically and internationally to meet project demands Identify and evaluate global prospective suppliers to expand sourcing options Monitor market trends to improve cost efficiency and procurement strategies Preferred competencies and qualifications NITEC/Diploma in interior design, event management, supply chain management, or related fields Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines Experience in industries such as Exhibition, Event Production, Interior Fit-out, Construction, Manufacturing, or Retail Rollout projects Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation management Experience using ERP or procurement systems to support procurement operations Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong negotiation, supplier coordination, and organizational skills Team player with effective collaboration capabilities Immediate availability is advantageous but not mandatory
