Job Summary Looking for a full-time dedicated chef to join the team, specializing in cooking western food. The role requires working five days a week, including evenings Monday to Friday and day and night shifts on weekends. Immediate start. Responsibilities Prepare and cook western food dishes consistently to meet quality and taste standards Collaborate effectively with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and share tips fairly Manage kitchen operations independently during slower shifts to maintain efficiency and food quality Work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday evenings and both day and night shifts on weekends Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in cooking western food Ability to work well both in a team and independently during slower shifts
