Formulate and drive investment strategy and asset allocation decisions, making investment calls directly and ensuring transactions are executed accurately and on time. Continuously monitor portfolio and fund performance and risk, assess market impact, and adjust strategy as needed to optimise returns. Oversee the tax and legal frameworks for operating and investment entities, ensuring they are tax-efficient and legally sound; guide cost-benefit analysis and tax optimisation to balance efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial transactions and improve operations and workflows. Produce periodic portfolio analysis and report performance, key developments, and recommended adjustments to senior management or the investment committee. Build and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and industry partners, identifying synergies and strategic alliances to support business growth and organizational objectives. Stay current on industry trends through active engagement with the market, including participation in relevant conferences and meetings across the region.
