We're looking for passionate, professional coaches who genuinely enjoy helping people improve through Muay Thai. The Role As a Muay Thai Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Muay Thai coaching through both group classes and private training sessions. You will help members develop their technique, fitness, confidence, and discipline while creating a positive and motivating training environment. Beyond coaching, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding member experience and representing the Pineapple MMA brand. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and high-quality Muay Thai group classes. Deliver personalised one-to-one private training sessions. Coach students of all experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Plan and deliver structured, safe, and progressive training sessions. Provide technical instruction, pad work, partner drills, and conditioning. Motivate and support members in achieving their individual goals. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful training environment. Build strong relationships with members and contribute to member retention. Assist with gym events, seminars, competitions, and community activities when required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the training areas and equipment. Uphold Pineapple MMA's coaching standards, professionalism, and culture. What We're Looking For Strong Muay Thai coaching experience with excellent pad holding skills. Passion for coaching and developing students of all ages and abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, professional, and reliable attitude. Strong work ethic and willingness to continue learning. Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience competing in Muay Thai at an amateur or professional level. Coaching certifications are an advantage. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
