Manage and oversee the company's photography operations and daily workflow. Plan, organize, and execute commercial, corporate, event, portrait, and product photography projects. Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative photography solutions. Lead, supervise, and coordinate photographers, assistants, and freelancers to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Ensure all photographs and visual content meet the company's quality standards and clients' expectations. Perform professional photography and direct photo shoots when required. Edit and enhance photographs using professional photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. Manage photography equipment, studio facilities, and related assets to ensure they are properly maintained. Develop creative concepts and visual styles for marketing campaigns and client projects. Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all assignments. Stay updated with industry trends, photography techniques, and new technologies to improve service quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and copyright regulations.
