We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Data Center, UPS, Critical Power, and Energy Infrastructure markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, developing channel partners, and delivering solution-based sales for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop new business opportunities within Data Centers, AI Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Government sectors. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through direct sales and channel partners. Develop annual sales plans and achieve revenue and gross margin targets. Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends. Solution Sales Promote the company's solutions including: Data Center Infrastructure UPS Systems Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Lithium Battery Solutions Precision Cooling Power Distribution Equipment AI Data Center Infrastructure Understand customer technical requirements and work closely with pre-sales engineers to develop customized solutions. Key Account Management Develop long-term relationships with enterprise customers. Manage strategic accounts from project identification to contract closure. Coordinate commercial negotiations, quotations, tenders, and contract execution. Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Channel Development Develop and manage distributors, system integrators, EPC contractors, consultants, and strategic partners. Expand regional channel networks and strengthen partner engagement. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, project delivery, procurement, and service teams to ensure successful project implementation. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or above in: Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering Energy Engineering Business Administration Related disciplines Experience Minimum 1 years of B2B solution sales experience.
