Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)

The Forward Deployment Engineer acts as the technical authority on sales calls, architecting platform configurations to solve customer-specific 'Last Mile' problems and driving trial conversions for their assigned product line. They also serve as a critical feedback loop by gathering direct customer feedback before new features launch and validating solutions with live clients. Candidates must possess a strong technical foundation in data integration, APIs, and system architecture, with proven ability to translate business needs into technical configurations, preferably within ad tech or digital analytics. Excellent communication skills are required to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
