You will play an important role in guiding and supporting customers throughout their financial journey. Responsibilities 5.5 days work week, working hours synced to the specific branch's opening hours. You will be stationed at one of the bank branches in Singapore. Basic + Allowance + Performance Incentives & Benefits Engage with customers and provide suitable financial guidance based on their needs. Understand customers’ requirements and recommend personalised financial solutions that best support their goals. Assist customers in making informed financial decisions by providing reliable support and advice. Keep updated on market developments, financial trends, and industry changes. Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling and meeting customers to generate business opportunities. Work closely with the sales team and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.
