Overview This role focuses on driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients for a range of wealth and financial products. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, converting leads, and expanding the organisation’s market presence. The position is sales-driven and requires managing the full client acquisition cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding. A front-line, performance-driven role centered on client acquisition, requiring consistent prospecting, relationship building, and disciplined pipeline management. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channels such as cold outreach, networking, referrals, and online research Qualify leads by assessing financial needs, capacity, and readiness to engage Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend suitable financial solutions Present and position the company’s products effectively to prospective clients Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and update activities in CRM systems Build strong relationships with new clients to support retention and future opportunities Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and…
