Overview This role is for a Personal Finance Executive with a leading bank in Singapore, supporting both retail and premier clients. The position focuses on acquiring and managing high-net-worth and qualified depositor clients, driving business growth through active engagement, and delivering quality service while meeting regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Source and onboard high-net-worth and qualified depositor clients through outreach, meetings, and networking Manage account opening processes, including KYC and regulatory documentation Cross-sell banking products such as remittances, home loans, and other financial services Maintain client relationships and ensure efficient handling of transactions and enquiries Resolve client issues promptly to reduce risk and improve satisfaction Ensure adherence to KYC, AML/CFT, and internal compliance requirements Work with internal teams and support additional initiatives as assigned Requirements A diploma in any discipline Good understanding of retail banking products and services Strong communication and relationship management skills A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics By applying, you consent that the contents of your CV and answers in the form will be processed for the purpose of job matching.
