Job Summary As a Sales Executive, you will drive customer acquisition and retention by presenting product value, providing technical support, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and engage existing customers across Singapore to present tailored value propositions that meet their needs Provide product recommendations and technical support to assist customers and facilitate new product trials Build and maintain strong customer relationships while monitoring competitor activities to inform sales strategies Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, and Technical teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accurate customer profiles and forecast sales pipelines to support sales targets and timely accounts receivable collection Travel across Singapore to meet customers and conduct promotional activities, ensuring broad market coverage Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for continuous learning Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and internal teams to enhance engagement Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin and operate basic customer management software to support sales and customer tracking No personal transportation requirement but company will cover petrol, cashcard, and office season parking if personal transport is available Fresh Polytechnic graduates or candidates with 0–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, including internships or part-time roles
