Drafter Cum QS (A&A And ACMV)

Environment: IFM Prepare and finalize submission and construction drawings, including tender and A&A working drawings. Draft ACMV, Electrical, and Fire Protection drawings. Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling and V-Ray for rendering. Coordinate with site supervisors and arrange PE site visits. Track submission approvals and follow up on project reports. Manage and lead the design team, developing project design plans and ensuring objectives are met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design elements. Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations. Conduct design reviews and prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders. Oversee design documentation and address design-related challenges. Request quotations and submit Purchase Requisitions (PR). Allocate and review work for designers and assist with tender documentation. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in drafting and design, with strong proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray rendering. Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards. Experience in managing design teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines. Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve design-related issues effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with quality control procedures and design documentation standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
