Job Summary You will be the first point of contact for Podiatry Quest, delivering excellent customer service and managing clinic operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their issues or appointment needs to provide prompt assistance Manage customer interactions across all communication channels to deliver a positive experience Schedule appointments, handle patient registration, and process payments accurately Sterilize instruments using an autoclave following infection control standards Conduct stock-taking, order consumables, and prepare clinic rooms for daily operations Support additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to maintain clinic efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications Communicate effectively with customers using proficient written and spoken English Demonstrate attentiveness, empathy, patience, and consistent customer service skills Exhibit strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently Possess basic IT skills to manage appointment systems and clinic software Show a responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and pay attention to detail Job Highlights Friendly working environment 5.5-day workweek (office hours), Sundays and public holidays off Training provided
