Network/Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary The Network/Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network and infrastructure systems to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance in an on-site Singapore environment. Responsibilities Design, configure, and manage network devices including switches, routers, VLANs, and routing protocols to support business operations Implement and maintain network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and access controls to protect infrastructure integrity Monitor system performance and diagnose network, system, and performance issues to ensure continuous availability Apply patches and upgrades to servers and network devices to maintain security and functionality Manage infrastructure components including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms to optimize resource utilization Administer operating systems (Linux, Windows Server) including patching and user/access management to maintain system stability Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support projects, optimize configurations, and document changes Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a team-oriented environment Work on-site in Singapore and comply with background check requirements Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments to enhance infrastructure flexibility and scalability Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent to validate networking and security expertise
