Account Assistant

Position: Account Assistant Location: Woodlands Full Time Salary: $3,000 to $3,800 per month Requirements: Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting standards. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Able to work independently Job Scope: Data entry and record keeping: Recording transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records. Accounts payable and receivable: Processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders for both customers and suppliers. Bank reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy. Expense management: Processing and tracking expense claims. Reporting: Helping to prepare financial reports and summaries. Communication: Liaising with internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve financial queries. Administrative support: Performing general office tasks like filing, answering phones, and handling mail.
