Job Summary Join Practical Mediscience as an Administration Manager to lead administrative, accounts, and logistics functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting business growth in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Manage documentation, filing systems, and data records accurately and confidentially Supervise and guide administrative staff to complete tasks effectively Implement process improvements to enhance administrative workflow Process and oversee invoices and delivery orders accurately to ensure timely product/service delivery Plan delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouse, logistics teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery Monitor inventory availability and liaise with warehouse or procurement teams as needed Coordinate deliveries ensuring all documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices) is complete and accurate Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks efficiently Support administrative duties assigned by the Finance Admin Director, including ad-hoc tasks Provide excellent customer service by maintaining positive client relationships and updating on order status or shipment issues Manage purchase orders by creating, tracking, and following up with suppliers to ensure timely procurement Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to guarantee timely delivery Verify goods received and perform goods receipt processes accurately Liaise with vendors and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma Certificate Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure Other Information Interested candidates, please send your comprehensive resume with current and expected salary via email clpsingapore@singnet.com.sg to: The Manager Practical Mediscience Pte Ltd 998 Toa Payoh North #05-11 Singapore 318993 Company Website: www.practicalmediscience.sg
