Programme Executive

Job Scope : To assist the Centre Manager in the overall daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre. Job functions: - To coordinate support services and organize inter-generational activities for the seniors in the identified blocks within the service cluster - Ensure that the programs and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by AIC and preparation of reports - To mentor and motivate a team of AAC staff and volunteers - Befriending and Buddying of identified seniors - To conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks - Establish and motivate seniors to run mutual help groups - Preparation and submission of internal and external reports - Supervision and manning of the Alert Alarm System - To maintain and update Information and Referral Service record and follow-up actions - Assisting seniors with letter reading, handphone issues - Up-keeping of facilities and equipment provided in the centre Qualification & Experience : “A” Level / Diploma in Community & Social Service At least one to two years of related working experience At least one to two years of Volunteering experience Special Aptitude & Knowledge : People-oriented and passionate towards working with seniors and for seniors. Knowledge of the role and function of Active Aging Centre would be an added advantage.
