QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Project) Responsibilities: Taking off quantities for tendering. Pricing of bills & quantities. Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for sub-contractors. Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc. Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers. Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims. Any other duties as assigned by Superior or Management. Requirements: Recognized Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years or more relevant work experience in Singapore
