Admin Assistant (Parts Distribution Specialist) Porschify Pte Ltd Full Time $2,000 – $2,500 per month As we continue expanding our Porsche parts distribution business both locally and internationally, we are looking for a motivated Admin Assistant (Parts Distribution Specialist) to join our growing team. No prior experience is required. We welcome fresh graduates and individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing automotive parts orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, stock availability, and delivery schedules. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents. Update and maintain inventory, pricing, and customer records. Liaise with workshop staff to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time. Track incoming and outgoing shipments and follow up on delivery status. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using internal systems. Provide general administrative support to the Parts Distribution team. Requirements Minimum Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook). Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team. Positive attitude with good communication skills. Passion or interest in the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.
