Deals Advisory – Strategic Capital Solution Experience Associate / Senior Associate

How will you value-add? you’ll contribute as a key team member supporting problem-solving efforts with fundraising, strategic repositioning, and operational restructuring expertise. You will assist in various responsibilities, including (but not limited to): Support partners and directors in scanning the market for potential opportunities through research and preliminary analysis. Assist in preparing materials for pitches and support project execution under the guidance and supervision of partners, directors, and senior team members. Manage day-to-day client communications with support and oversight; interactions may be virtual or occasionally require travel to the client’s office. Contribute to delivering high-quality project outputs that meet client expectations and internal quality standards. Participate actively in team learning through collaboration and by sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues. Support practice improvement initiatives by contributing ideas for team strategy, assisting with business development activities, and learning about technical aspects across disciplines. Build strong internal relationships within the firm and collaborate with different teams to identify and support opportunities to work together on projects. About You The individuals we are looking for should preferably have the following: Hands on experience in Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Turnaround or Value Creation work of 1 to 4 years or more, covering all phases from pitching, scoping, planning through to execution. Experience supporting projects, including assisting with pitches and working directly with Directors and Partners. A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to integrating multiple competencies to help deliver a comprehensive solution to clients. Exposure to handling clients in the Southeast Asia region. While not essential, previous experience or familiarity with global and regional structured funds, as well as credit roles within investment banks, advisory firms, or boutique organizations, would be an advantage. *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high number of applicants for this role .
