About this role

Accounting Duties Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. Prepare customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. Record supplier invoices and process payment vouchers. Perform bank reconciliations. Match receipts and payments accurately. Assist with month-end closing activities. Maintain proper accounting records and filing. Assist in preparing schedules for auditors and tax agents. Support inventory and stock reconciliation where required. Assist with GST-related documentation and record keeping. Administrative Duties Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries. Maintain customer and supplier records. Prepare quotations and supporting documents when required. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations departments. Organise and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems. Perform general administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior accounting experience is an advantage. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ERP or accounting software (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Xero, or similar systems) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and time management skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn. Preferred Skills Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers). Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Employee Benefits 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
