About this role

Drive lease renewals and new leasing activities by engaging tenants, managing agents, and prospective clients; maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. Attend to tenancy matters and coordinate with internal departments to resolve tenant issues promptly Manage incoming leasing enquiries, conduct site viewings, and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Lead lease negotiations and documentation, including working with external legal counsel on leasing terms Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy schedules and rental reports. Responsible for lease documentation, management of leases, preparing and checking lease documents, liaising with internal and external legal on tenancy clauses and activation of contracts. Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to stakeholders, including income budgeting and forecasting for leasing activities Responsible for lease documentation, management of leases, preparing and checking lease documents, liaising with internal and external legal on tenancy clauses and activation of contracts. Manage marketing materials and support promotional efforts for the property portfolio. Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry peers and agents to improve portfolios occupancy and updates on Industrial market trends. Contribute actively to the development of leasing strategies aimed at optimizing rental income and maximizing occupancy across the industrial portfolio. Any other adhoc duties assigned by the management. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 3 to 5 years' of relevant experience in industrial leasing is preferred. RES certification with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and familiarity with JTC sublease applications and IAS processes is an advantage. Preference for candidates who are familiar with JTC sublease application and IAS application. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous, organized, and a team player with ahigh level of professionalism.
