Position: Business Development Executive Prince’s Landscape is seeking a dynamic & motivated Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base of our landscaping services. You will play a role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our landscaping business. Location: 53 Sungei Tengah Road, Singapore 698998 Role Duties: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their requirements Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining our landscaping services, pricing, and value proposition Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
