About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous and driven DTP Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will be key in bridging concept design with actual production—preparing, finalizing, and managing print-ready artwork across various print and digital media. If you have a keen eye for technical detail, enjoy hands-on mockup creation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Artwork & Layout Creation: Lay out and create design content for print and digital applications. Edit existing artwork and develop precise technical drawings and deadlines. Fabricate 3D structural sample mock-ups with strong logical and structural thinking. Pre-Flight & File Preparation: Prepare and verify print-ready files (managing layers, templates, embedded fonts, image resolutions, color modes like CMYK/Spot, bleed, and crop marks). Troubleshoot artwork file errors before final production to ensure zero-defect output. Color Management & Quality Control: Oversee color proofing, conduct color adjustments, and maintain strict quality control standards. Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, design, and production teams to meet project timelines. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible digital asset/file archive. Stay updated on current printing technologies, material trends, and design software. Handle ad-hoc design tasks with agility and creativity. Job Requirements: Qualifications: Diploma in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Media, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply! Prior experience in DTP, pre-press, or print production is highly advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of print production processes, color proofing, paper types, and packaging dielines. Key Attributes: High attention to detail with zero-mistake tolerance for final print files. Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, vendors, and production partners).
