Beautician - Store Head, Full Operations

Job Summary Lead store operations & deliver exceptional customer service as a Beautician - Store Director. Manage daily activities, meet monthly sales targets & apply advanced beautician skills including threading & waxing to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform threading & waxing services accurately to meet client expectations & safety standards Apply advanced beautician techniques such as facials to improve client skin health & satisfaction Deliver customer-centric service to build client loyalty & enhance store reputation Manage store operations efficiently to ensure smooth daily functioning & compliance with company policies Lead the team with a positive attitude & commitment to achieve monthly sales KPIs & targets Schedule & manage staff shifts, including working weekends & public holidays, with one weekday off Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to communicate effectively in English is mandatory due to multi cultural customer base.
