Leadership: Leading the Critical Infrastructure operations team in overseeing all facilities management, including all disciplines involved. Answering customer questions from technical and operational perspectives, when needed Act as an internal client of the project team, revise and supervise the design and construction from an operability and compliance perspective to ensure design and facility meets the operational and client needs. Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Bridging the site team with the vendor team, management team. Understanding the people needs fromall disciplines Business Development: Act as the Change Advisory Board (CAB)to ensure that the highly critical works are being reviewed to reduce risk to client’s and stakeholders Approval of Asset Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Incident and Analytical Reports Develop and implement comprehensive Data Centre management practices and compliance protocols that ensure high reliability and efficiency, to meet industry standards and compliance requirements. Implement continuous improvement strategies for operational procedures and disaster response tactics as an organization Ensure client’s sustainability targets are met, and Data centres’, ISO and other certificates are obtained and sustained, from the POV of the client’s or End User Review and approve of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedures (MOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Change Management Plan(CMP) for operation functionality and to ensure standardisation between other APAC subsidiaries Introduction of new opportunities to grow the company profile.
