Project Supervisor

Job Responsibilities : Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of workers or team members. Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and the project requirements. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules. Ensure that all resources (labor, materials, and equipment) are available and properly allocated. Monitor the progress of the project and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals. Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including project managers, contractors, and clients. Monitor the quality of work to ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications. Perform inspections and address any quality-related issues promptly. Job Requirements : Proven experience in supervising workers or managing project teams. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good planning, scheduling, and organisational abilities. Ability to assign tasks effectively based on workers' skills and project needs. Knowledge of project management principles and construction processes. Ability to monitor project progress and adjust work plans to meet deadlines.
