Beautician Job Responsibilities Provide professional beauty and personal care services to clients, including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, threading, and other beauty treatments. Conduct skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on clients' needs. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the treatment area and equipment. Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service. Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and skincare recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories. Handle appointment scheduling and assist with daily salon operations when required. Promote and recommend suitable beauty products and services to clients. Keep up to date with the latest beauty treatments, products, and industry trends. Ensure all treatments are performed safely and according to company standards and procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a beautician or in the beauty industry is preferred. Relevant beauty or skincare qualifications are an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Well-groomed, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn new treatments and techniques. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
