Process Commissioning Engineer-Biopharma

We are currently looking for a Process Commissioning Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry. Key Responsibilities: Execute commissioning activities for upstream, downstream, utilities, and process equipment systems. Review P&IDs, process flow diagrams, design specifications, and vendor documentation. Lead system walkdowns, punch listing, and mechanical completion verification. Coordinate SAT, IOQ support, loop checks, functional testing, and start-up activities. Work closely with QA, Validation, Engineering, EHS, and Operations teams to ensure GMP compliance. Support troubleshooting, deviation resolution, and handover to operations. Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline. 5+ years of commissioning experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or vaccine manufacturing projects. Strong knowledge of GMP environments and process equipment. Experience with clean utilities, CIP/SIP, reactors, skids, filtration, and aseptic systems preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced brownfield / greenfield project environment. We are only considering Singaporeans & Singapore permanent residents for this role.
